Ingredients:
- 10mls Southward x The Library Bramble Gin (or sloe gin)
- 15mls Six Barrel Hibiscus Soda Syrup
- 10mls tangelo liqueur (or Cointreau)
- Chocolate bitters (or Angostura bitters)
- Sugar cube
- Prosecco
- Orange rind
Method:
- Dash bitters on sugar cube and place in the bottom of your glass
- Add gin, Hibiscus syrup and tangelo liqueur
- Top up with prosecco
- Garnish with orange rind
