Spiced Hibiscus Fizz

Introducing our delicious new mocktail recipe – Spiced Hibiscus Fizz. The tartness of our Hibiscus Syrup meets the warming complexity of chai syrup, balanced with fresh lime juice and sparkling water. Finished with edible flowers, it’s a drink that's as beautiful as it is refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Hibiscus Syrup
  • 30ml chai syrup
  • 30ml lime juice
  • Soda water
  • Edible flowers (or fresh lime) to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a tumbler (or tall glass) with ice, then pour in soda water, leaving a few centimetres at the top. 
  2. Pour in the two syrups and the lime juice, then stir.
  3. Garnish with edible flowers or fresh lime. Enjoy!
