Top Six Christmas Cocktails
When the holidays roll around, one of the best ways to celebrate is by crafting unique and delicious Christmas cocktails. Whether you’re hosting a festive gathering or enjoying a cozy night at home, here are six wonderful Christmas cocktails to make your holiday season merry and bright!
1. Strawberry Ginger Mimosa
Ingredients:
- Brut champagne
- Freshly-squeezed orange juice
- 30ml Strawberry Ginger Syrup
- Fresh strawberries and mandarins for garnish
Method:
- Add 30ml of Strawberry Ginger Syrup to a champagne flute
- Top up to halfway with orange juice
- Top up the rest of the glass with champagne
- Garnish with fresh strawberry and a slice of mandarin
2. Gin & Ginger Royale

Method:
Pour the lychee gin, ginger wine and Seltz Drops into a champagne flute and top up with soda water. Garnish with raspberries or blackberries.
3. Six Spiced Negroni
Ingredients:
30mL Honest Six Spiced Rum
30 mL Vermouth
15 mL Hibiscus Syrup
Twisted Orange Peel
Method:
Build in a short glass over ice. Squeeze and twist an orange peel in for your garnish.
4. Clementine
Ingredients:
30mL Raspberry & Lemon Syrup
30mL Aperol
30mL Lime juice
Egg (or aquafaba)
Method:
Build all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice, shake well, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a burnt orange peel and/or a sprig of thyme.
5. Hibiscus Sangria
Ingredients:
30mL Hibiscus Syrup
Still water or red wine
Orange Raspberries
Edible flowers
Method:
Pour Syrup into glass, squeeze over juice of half the orange, then top up with water or red wine. Garnish with raspberries, orange slices and edible flowers.
6. Strawberry Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
- 40mL Strawberry & Ginger Syrup
- 2-3 fresh strawberries, fresh or frozen (optional)
- 45mL vodka
- 15mL lime juice
- Soda water to top up
- Ice
- Fresh mint
- Fresh As freeze dried strawberry powder (optional)
Method:
If you’d like a strawberry rim on your glass for extra deliciousness (optional), start by dipping the rim of your glass in cold water or lightly beaten egg white, then dip into Fresh As freeze dried strawberry powder and tap off excess powder.
Add syrup to your glass. If using strawberries, muddle a couple of them in the glass (save a 1 or 2 for garnish). Add ice, then vodka and lime juice, and finally top up with soda water. Garnish with fresh mint and remaining strawberries.
