Ingredients
- 45ml Dry Gin
- 30ml Hibiscus Syrup
- 30ml pink grapefruit juice
- 15ml lime juice
- Ice
- Rose petal, fresh or dried (to garnish)
Method
- Add the gin, hibiscus syrup, grapefruit juice, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with plenty of ice.
- Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until well chilled.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a fresh or dried rose petal and serve.
