Hugo Spritz

Bright, bubbly, and beautifully aromatic, the Hugo Spritz is a celebration of sunshine. Mint, elderflower, gin and prosecco come together for a light and refreshing cocktail that’s made for warm days and easy evenings.

Ingredients

  • 20ml gin
  • Small handful of mint leaves
  • 20ml Elderflower Syrup
  • Ice
  • 25ml Limonade (or soda water)
  • 120ml prosecco
  • Lime slices and a mint sprig to garnish

Method

  1. Place a fresh mint sprig in a large wine glass and add the Elderflower Syrup. Gently muddle to release the mint’s aroma, then let it infuse for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Fill the glass with ice, pour in the prosecco, and top with Limonade. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime slices. Serve immediately and enjoy.
