
We were honoured to be a finalist in the Best Emerging Business category at this year's Export NZ ASB Hawke's Bay Export Awards.
As part of the amazing awards ceremony, we teamed up with out mates at Damson Plum to create three delicious cocktails. This Plum & Raspberry Daisy was a big hit on the night!
Ingredients (makes one cocktail):
- 40 ml Damson Plum vodka
- 20 ml Lemon Juice
- 30 ml Six Barrel Soda Raspberry & Lemon Syrup
- Splash of soda water (optional, for a longer, spritzier style)
- Crushed or cubed ice
- Garnish: Freeze-Dried Raspberries
Instructions
- Add the Damson Plum vodka, lemon juice, Raspberry & Lemon Syrup; a few dried raspberries to a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled coupe or serve over ice in a rocks glass
- (Optional) Top with a splash of soda water for a light fizz.
For batching - multiply the ingredients and mix in a jug or bottle. Add soda water just before serving for those that choose to.
