This simple Summer mocktail is super delicious and refreshing. If you want to make it boozy, just add 30ml of gin or vodka!
Ingredients:
- 30ml Six Barrel Soda Strawberry & Ginger Syrup
- 6 dashes Cucumber & Mint Seltz Drops
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh mint leaves
- Soda water
- Ice
Method:
Put the ice in a short glass and add soda water, leaving about an inch at the top. Add the syrup and Seltz Drops, stir in fresh strawberries and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
