A Classic G&T
Ingredients:
30mL Classic Tonic Syrup30mL ginSoda waterLemon
Method:
Add ice to a glass, pour over syrup and gin.Top up with soda / sparkling water, and add a simple twist of lemon.
Lemon Honey G&T
Ingredients:
35mL Lemon Honey Ginger Syrup35mL Gin15mL Classic Tonic SyrupSoda waterThyme, Lemon
Method:Coil thyme at the bottom of your glass then add ice. Pour over both syrups and gin, then garnish with thyme and lemon slices.
Strawberry Basil Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
5-6 strawberries (frozen or fresh)
5-6 basil leaves
30mL Ginger Ale Syrup
30mL vodka (optional)
Soda or sparkling water
Lime for garnish
Method:
Put strawberries and basil in the bottom of a glass – but save a bit back for garnish. Add syrup and vodka (or just syrup – this works well without the vodka too!), then muddle it all together with a rolling pin. Add ice, then top up with soda water and stir. Garnish with strawberries, basil and lime.
Raspberry & Lemon Clementine
Ingredients:
80ml Aperol
60ml Raspberry and Lemon Syrup
50ml lime juice
4 ice cubes
1 egg white
Soda water to top up
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, build Aperol, Raspberry and Lemon Syrup, Lime juice, ice cubes and egg white.
Shake well.
Strain into 2 coupe or martini glasses, and top with soda water.
Garnish with a sprig of thyme and/or burnt orange twists.
