This super tasty and simple mocktail is perfect for Summer... so refreshing!    Ingredients: 30ml Six Barrel Soda Lemonade Syrup 3 dashes Peach & Passionfruit Seltz Drops Fresh mint Soda water Ice Twist of lemon rind Method: Add the syrup, Seltz Drops and ice to a tall glass and fill with soda water. Stir in fresh mint and garnish with a twist of lemon rind. 

  For those of you participating in Dry July, we thought you might like some mocktail inspiration. This Apple & Elderflower Spritz is so easy to make and absolutely delicious...  Ingredients: 30mls Six Barrel Elderflower Soda Syrup  100mls cloudy apple juice  Fresh lime Fresh mint Soda water Method: Pour Elderflower Syrup and apple juice into tall glass, over ice Add in fresh mint leaves and squeeze in two wedges of lime Top up with soda water and stir

30mL Cherry Pomegranate Syrup 10mL Apple Cider Vinegar Soda water to top Fresh mint to garnish   In a tall glass with lots of ice add the syrup, cider vinegar and soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Ingredients: 35mL Raspberry & Lemon syrup⁣ Soda water⁣ 1/4 cup raspberries⁣ (frozen or fresh) Fresh lemon⁣ Method: Add ice and berries to glass, then pour over syrup. Top up with soda water and garnish with lemon slices.
