The Penicillin cocktail is a modern classic that skilfully blends smoky and spicy notes with a touch of sweetness. The name pays homage to the medicinal qualities of its ingredients, especially ginger and honey. We created this delicious and easy version using our Lemon Honey Ginger Syrup... Ingredients 30ml blended Scotch whisky 30ml Lemon Honey Ginger Syrup  Ice 10ml Islay Scotch (eg. Ingredients: 3 drops Raspberry & Blackcurrant Seltz Drops 50ml Lychee Gin 20ml ginger wine Soda water Method: Pour the lychee gin, ginger wine and Seltz Drops into a champagne flute and top up with soda water. Ingredients: 20ml Lemonade Soda Syrup 10ml Hot Honey 15ml fresh lemon juice 60ml dry gin Ice Method: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice Shake for 10-15 seconds, then pour into a coup through a sieve Garnish with a slice of fresh orange or lemon

Ingredients: 30mL Rye whiskey 30ml Cola Six Syrup Angostura Bitters Fresh lemon (or lime) Soda water Method: Over ice, add the whiskey, Cola Six syrup and bitters. Top up with soda water. Squeeze over the fresh lemon juice and add the lemon itself to the glass.
