Rose & Lemon Sangria
Welcome to your new favourite Summer drink... Rose & Lemon Sangria!
Ingredients:
750ml rosé wine (dry)
300ml soda water
150ml Rose Lemonade Syrup
50ml lemon juice
Ice
2 Lemons
1 punnet of Strawberries
Method:
1. Add the rosé wine, soda water, syrup, lemon juice and ice to a large jug.
2. Slice your lemons and strawberries, then add them to the jug and stir.
3. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours, then serve in wine glasses. Yum!
Strawberry Ginger Mimosa
Mimosas are one of the easiest cocktails to make - just equal parts orange juice and champagne. We thought we'd give this well-loved classic a little Six Barrel love by adding a dash of our Strawberry Ginger Syrup, and the result was ludicrously tasty!
Ingredients
Brut champagne
Freshly-squeezed orange juice
30ml Strawberry Ginger Syrup
Fresh strawberries and mandarins for garnish
Method
Add 30ml of Strawberry Ginger Syrup to a champagne flute
Top up to halfway with orange juice
Top up the rest of the glass with champagne
Garnish with fresh strawberry and a slice of mandarin

Gin & Ginger Royale
Local mixologist Maick Coolen (Dragonfly) created this beautiful cocktail with our new Raspberry & Blackcurrant Seltz Drops...
Ingredients:
3 drops Raspberry & Blackcurrant Seltz Drops
50ml Lychee Gin
20ml ginger wine
Soda water
Method:
Pour the lychee gin, ginger wine and Seltz Drops into a champagne flute and top up with soda water. Garnish with raspberries or blackberries.
